Yes! We understand that your privacy is important, that's why we will never pass on your name, address or email address to anyone without your permission. The information you provide to us is secure and only held for the purposes it is provided, such as processing payment and dispatching your order. 

If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Login Name or your default E-mail address under "I am a registered user but forgot my password" and click on submit. We will send your password to your default E-mail address.

You will receive regular SMS & Emails about your order. You can also track your order from your order history section. If there is any delay or change in your order, our customer care will call and inform you.

We check if a registered medical practitioner has generated the prescription. We then look at the date of visit and duration of medication, to check if the prescription has expired. We also check if the quantity of medicines ordered matches with the prescription.

Except doctors, we require prescription for all types of customers, for the products where the doctor prescription is mandatory.

These are special orders for us, are nonreturnable, and may take up to 10 days before dispatch.

We will make every effort to process and dispatch orders within a day or next business working day of proof of payment. In the unlikely event of merchandise not being in stock and placed on back order, you will be notified of the delay. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive the invoice by email, with the tracking number and delivery will depend on the delivery location pin code.

Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivili, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri, Chinchwardi, Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune, Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. ALS Vetcare.com is not responsible for any octroi payments.

The most common mistake is leaving a space between each set of 4 digits. If the error continues, please try contacting your credit card company and ask them to make sure that transactions with www.alsvetcare.com will not be blocked. Please check expiry date of your card. Most credible online shops use the 3-D secure system. For first time users, the site will automatically direct you to the page for registration.

Yes, each order dispatched has a tracking number. You will receive these details by email on your invoice.

General queries on products will be answered. Individual animal complaints or ailments constitute a consultation and if you are in any way concerned with your animal's health, consult your local vet immediately.

All products sold by us are manufactured by us, and have the longest expiry dates available. All the veterinary products sold from Ashish Life Science Products Online are selected by our qualified, licensed and practicing veterinarians to ensure that they are safe products.

If the incorrect product has been sent, send us the email to care@alsvetcare.com . If the fault is with us we will carry costs of returns and correct the error.

If for any reason you are not happy with any products you have ordered from us send us an email to care@alsvetcare.com and specify the reason. Special buy in order requests cannot be returned.
