All orders are typically shipped the same day the order is placed, or the following business day. Orders placed during the weekends or Holidays will be shipped the next open business day. Expedited orders will be shipped as quickly as possible, however weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

ALS VETCARE is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to unforeseen events beyond our control including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; insufficient information provided by a customer; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.


ALS VETCARE wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us.  We offer trained, skilled, and knowledgeable staff to assist you in the ordering needs.  All orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery.  If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please call us at our Toll free no, or send an email request to [email protected] with Order Tracking No and Order ID details.  Return requests are accepted when received within 3 days of the material received date by customer.  We hope you understand that our return policies are a simple way of continuing to offer our customers the lowest prices possible. ALS VETCARE will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us with 3 working days from the material received date by the customer.

  • Returns are accepted only within 3 days of the material received date. 
  • All returns must have Order Tracking number.   No returns will be accepted without an Order Tracking number and Order ID details
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except when the result is of our error
  • Merchandise must be in an unused, undamaged and re-sellable condition, in its original packaging with no seals broken provided by the manufacturer.  All returns will be inspected by our return specialist.  Partial and/or damaged returns will not receive a full credit.  Items damaged during return shipping will receive partial or no Credit at the discretion of ALS VETCARE.
  • In an unlikely event, that any product which you have received from us is damaged, Please do not accept the delivery of the item, if the outer package appeared with damaged or tampered with.
  • Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is the result of our error
  • After a return has been processed, if the final invoice falls below the Rs. 1000/- minimum for free or discounted shipping, normal or minimum shipping charges will apply.
  • Please allow up to 10 days after receipt of your return for inspection and for our accounting department to review the type of credit being issued.
